This is a value-first working diagnostic to de-risk AI investment. We map your workflow, define requirements, gather information for you AI & Automation Readiness Score (AARS), evaluate risk, and recommend the right path forward.
After the meeting, we compile all the information into a CellaNova Technologies Assessment Artifact (CAA) including your AARS and demo video for your review and roadmap to move forward.
Option C: NovaLabs CustomCore Session (Enterprise Mode)

This is high-level architectural planning for complex, multi-system CustomCore builds. We assess system complexity, map integrations, align stakeholders, define a delivery model, and set next steps toward a scoped engagement.
