Every CellaNova Technologies engagement starts with a Solution Fit Call. From there, we route you into the right path — a managed build, AI Workflow Advisory, or neither.

You need help with tool selection, workflow design, source-material readiness, or AI planning before committing to a build. Advisory clients leave with an Action Memo, Advisory Artifact, or Monthly Operating Brief and execute internally or move into a Blueprint when ready.

For teams ready for a managed build
You have a recurring workflow, real source material, a workflow owner, and likely intent to invest. The next step is a Managed Knowledge System Blueprint — a scoped build-planning phase that defines the system before we build it.
If neither path fits right now
If there is no source material, no recurring workflow, no workflow owner, or no realistic budget — we will say so and recommend a lighter next step, referral, or future-fit path.

01 | MANAGED KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM BLUEPRINT
A scoped build-planning phase for qualified Pricing Engine and RFP Response Engine opportunities. We review your workflow, source materials, governance needs, hosting model, and system shape. The Blueprint defines the build before we start.
2 | BUILD
We build the system to the Blueprint specification. Source library indexing, workflow configuration, governance layer, and interface setup. You review and approve before go-live.
3 | STEWARDSHIP
Ongoing maintenance: source library updates, governance reviews, system health monitoring, and workflow adjustments as your business changes. $1,500–$3,000/month.
Managed Knowledge System Blueprint — $2,500–$5,000. Blueprint fees are credited toward implementation if the client proceeds with a Managed Knowledge System build within 45 days.
